Author and father of three, public school teacher, husband of a lovely wife... It feels like a full-time circus over here. But I manage to squeeze in a paragraph or two now and then, in those tiny minutes before sleep. 

 

I have been a writer since I was just a wee lad, so it's the one hobby I've got that brings me inexplicable, incomparable joy. I hope you like what I've written! I promise I gave it my best! 



I have been published in LampLight Magazine, Best New Writing, The Fiction Desk, and the Calaveras Literary Station Journal. My short story "The Lamp Shop" won the Gover Story Prize in 2014, which was pretty awesome.
